Party Policies
Booking Policy Deposit Requirement: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Confirmation: Once the deposit is received, a confirmation email will be sent outlining the details of the booking. Cancellation Policy Notice Period: If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 14 days prior to your event to avoid any additional charges. Deposit Forfeiture: The 25% non-refundable deposit is retained in all cases, and if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, you will be liable for the remaining balance. Rescheduling Option: If you need to change the date of your booking, you may do so without losing your 25% non-refundable deposit, as long as you notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled event. If you reschedule within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure the new date. Waitlist Policy Waitlist Procedure: If a service or item is fully booked, you can contact us to be placed on a waitlist. You will be notified if a spot becomes available. Time Frame: The waitlist will remain active until 7 days before the event. If you still want to be on the waitlist after this period, you will need to contact us again. Example Timeline Booking: Secure your date with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Payment: The full balance is due at least 7 days before your event. Cancellation: Notify us at least 14 days prior to your event to avoid any additional charges. Waitlist: Contact us for our waitlist if we're fully booked!
