Party Policies
Booking Policy for Bounce House Rentals Full Payment Requirement: To secure your bounce house rental, the full rental amount must be paid at the time of booking. This ensures that your event is reserved, and the bounce house is available for your selected date. Confirmation: Once the full payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent, detailing all aspects of your booking, including rental time, delivery, and setup instructions. Cancellation Policy Notice Period: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your event to avoid any charges. Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund. Payment Forfeiture: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. Rescheduling Option: You may reschedule your bounce house rental at no additional cost as long as you notify us at least 14 days before your event. If rescheduling occurs within 14 days of your event, a 25% rescheduling fee will apply to secure the new date. Waitlist Policy Waitlist Procedure: If the bounce house you wish to rent is already booked, you can request to be placed on a waitlist. You will be notified if it becomes available. Time Frame: The waitlist will remain active until 7 days before the event. After this period, please contact us to re-confirm your interest in staying on the waitlist. Example Timeline for Bounce House Rentals Booking: Full payment is required to secure your bounce house rental. Payment: The full rental fee is due at the time of booking. Cancellation: Notify us at least 14 days prior to your event to avoid losing your payment. Waitlist: Contact us to join the waitlist if the bounce house is fully booked!
